  Wet back in the front office doesn't know what he's doing. Took our two day deposit and payment then refused to move us unless we paid more, not to mention we had already paid thru the weekend. I asked for my money back and I couldn't get it back. We left and they kept our money and deposit. When I tried calling their Corp office turns out they are not the actual GREEN TREE they are totally different. And there Coffee Bean sucks!

  The suites we're fairly nice. The service was not good and they were rude and very pushy before it was even time for us to leave at our check out time. I felt harassed, having security come and ask us about leaving before our checkout time. And it was just me and my two girls. Wouldn't stay there again.
