  Small community shopping center next to the Victor Valley Mall. Typical brand name stores like Petsmart, OfficeMax, 99 Cent Store, etc. Can be difficult getting out of the parking lot if you want to go north on Amargosa as there can be a lot of traffic on that street and you have people going 50+ mph. They need to put in a traffic light somewhere to make it easier and safer to get out of that parking lot.
