  We had blinds installed by this company a couple of years ago. At the time of the instal the owner of the company told me that the blinds were guaranteed for life and he would return for free to fix any problems we had. While the initial instal was adequate we started having some problems after about a year, where the blinds would not close all the way. I called the company and spoke to the owner who said he would be out to my house the next day. He never showed up. I have on two other occasions to get him out to my house, with him never showing up. I ended up calling another company to fix the problem. Don't get roped in to his cheap prices, he does not stand behind his work.
